Do I need advance reservations?
    Yes.  Each reservation receives personal
    attention and we strive to accommodate each
    request.  By making your wedding reservation
    in advance, you are assured that your time
    here is confirmed and "yours".

Can I schedule a wedding on the weekend?
    Absolutely.  Weekends are our busiest time,
    so plan ahead if you have a specific date /
    time in mind.  We are open year-round and
    normally operate seven days a week.

Can we get married there even if we don't stay
there?
    Yes, by all means.

Can I stay with you even if we don't get married
there?
    Yes, by all means.
   
Do you require a deposit?
    We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your dates and time for either a wedding or lodging
    reservation.  We accept credit and debit cards by phone or you can mail check or money order
    for your deposit.  Your balance is due upon your arrival.

Where are you located?
    We are in Eureka Springs, but not in the downtown historic district.  Here's our map.  
    A WORD OF CAUTION:  Do NOT rely on Mapquest to find us.  We suspect that Eureka Springs is just
    enough removed from reality that this creates navigation issues with online map services.

Can we check availability and make reservations online?
    Yes, you can check lodging availability and make reservations online through Webervations.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    We certainly understand that situations arise sometimes that can change even the best of
    plans.   If you need to reschedule, we'll be glad to find a time that better fits your needs.  
    However, if you should need to cancel, we make every effort to book another reservation in your
    place, so that your deposit can be refunded.
   

For Lodging Reservations:

  • If cancellation notice for your lodging
    reservation is received more than 10 days
    from your arrival, your deposit can be
    applied to a later date if your make your
    reservation at the time you cancel; or
    refunded, less a $25 booking fee.

  • If cancellation notice is received less than
    10 days prior to your arrival date, your
    deposit is non-refundable.  However, if we
    are able to fill the reservation with another
    guest, we will apply it to a later booking for
    you, or refund your deposit, less a $25
    booking fee.
   
       
   
For Weddings or Other Events:

  • If cancellation notice for a wedding is received
    more than 10 days from your event, we will
    apply your deposit to a later date, if you make
    your reservation at the time you cancel; or
    refund your deposit, less a $25 booking fee.

  • If cancellation notice for a wedding is received
    less than 10 days prior to your wedding date,
    your deposit is non-refundable, but can be
    applied to a later booking if made at the time
    of cancellation.

  • Any expenses already incurred for wedding
    cake, flowers, etc. will be charged to you.
